Its unique recipe of 20 botanicals features plants grown on the distillery’s own farm, along with natural ingredients sourced from across Canada and around the world.

Among them, the Maplewood Smoked Juniper Gin stands out. Juniper berries harvested in the local Ottawa Valley are gently smoked using maplewood—an iconic symbol of Canada—to infuse the spirit with a deep, mellow smokiness. The result is a “new style of sipping gin,” smooth and subtly sweet, appealing not only to gin lovers but also to fans of whisky and bourbon.

In 2023, it received the top honor, the Master Medal, at the Global Spirits Masters in the U.K. Today, it is served in some of the world’s leading cocktail bars, from Toronto to Tokyo.
