「嘉之助 DOUBLE DISTILLERY」はWORLD WHISKIES AWARDS 2025のブレンデッド・ウイスキー部門で最高金賞を受賞しました。
3基の蒸留器を駆使する嘉之助蒸溜所で造られる「シングルモルト嘉之助」、独自の製法と単式蒸留器で蒸留する日置蒸溜蔵の「嘉之助HIOKI POT STILL」のそれぞれの構成原酒の中から新たに樽を選定し、2つの個性が引き立つ絶妙な配合を吟味し、ブレンドしたジャパニーズウイスキーです。

This Japanese blended whisky is crafted by combining selected casks from two unique sources:

Single Malt Kanosuke, made using three pot stills at the Kanosuke Distillery

KANOSUKE HIOKI POT STILL, distilled with traditional pot stills at Hioki Distillery
By carefully selecting casks from each and blending them in a balanced ratio, this whisky brings out the best of both distilleries' characters.

Vanilla, mint, lemongrass, apricot, melon, yellow peach
Palate
Rich sweetness, clove, black tea, mandarin orange, cinnamon
Finish
Moderate oakiness, rich fruity aroma, soft and bitter aftertaste
