2026年最初の蒸留はレギュラーアブサンから始まりました。

昨年からニガヨモギを含む10種類のボタニカルに北海道滝上産の赤丸薄荷が加わりましたが、今年はさらに赤丸薄荷の使用量を増やすことで爽快感UP。芋焼酎由来の甘い香り、アニスのハーブ感、余韻にキレと爽快な痺れ。水割やソーダ割で親しみやすい味わいに。舌が痺れる体験をしたい人は是非ストレートで飲んでみてください（笑）その後はトニック割り、お湯割り、シャンパン割りなどご自由に！

ボタニカル:ニガヨモギ(岐阜産100%)、赤丸薄荷、 その他のボタニカル9種

※今年は岐阜県大野町「Rose Distillery Kubota」SAKIさんのニガヨモギと、郡上市美並町のニガヨモギを収穫後に乾燥し1月まで保管したものを蒸留しております。

※氷たっぷりソーダ割りにすると、グラス表面（浮氷）に雪のようなものが現れますが、これはボタニカル由来の成分です。ご了承ください。

Our first distillation of 2026 began with our regular absinthe.
Since last year, we’ve added Hokkaido-grown Akamaru mint from Takikami to our blend of 10 botanicals, including wormwood. This year, we’ve increased the amount of Akamaru mint even further, enhancing its refreshing character. Sweet aromas from the sweet potato shochu base, herbal notes of anise, and a crisp, invigorating tingle on the finish. It’s approachable with water or soda. If you want to experience the tongue-tingling sensation, try it neat (lol). After that, feel free to enjoy it with tonic, hot water, champagne, or however you like!

• This year’s wormwood was harvested in Ono Town, Gifu (Rose Distillery Kubota, SAKI) and in Minami Town, Gujo City, then dried and stored until January before distillation.

• When served as a soda with plenty of ice, snow-like crystals may appear on the surface of the glass (floating ice). These are botanical-derived compounds—thank you for your understanding.
