レガシーシリーズ第二弾は、1stフィルのバーボンカスクとリフィルバーボンカスクで4年半熟成、ファーストボトルよりも熟成期間を長くしたことで、より味わい深くなっています。30樽以下の厳選された原酒を使用し、数量限定で瓶詰め。熟練の技と探求心によって生まれた、ピートとエレガンスの絶妙なバランスが魅力です。

〈香り〉

ウッディなタバコやバニラショートブレッド.土っぽいピート、燻製の貝やレモンの皮、潮風が織りなす多層的なアロマ

濃密なピートとコースタルタールが感じられ、ローストナッツや柑橘、ハーブ、バニラビスケットが心地よく重なります。

果実の甘さと花の香り、穏やかなピートスモークが長く続き、余韻にスカイ島の風景を映します。

商品名となっている「アルトグラン」は蒸留所の近くを流れる川の名前です。

【Torabhaig Allt Gleann Legacy Second】 

Founded in 2017, Torabhaig Distillery became the second distillery on the Isle of Skye in nearly 190 years.

The second release in the Legacy Series has been matured for four and a half years in first-fill and refill bourbon casks, offering a deeper, more complex flavor than the first bottling. Using fewer than 30 carefully selected casks, this expression is bottled in limited quantities. It showcases a masterful balance of peat and elegance, born from skilled craftsmanship and a spirit of exploration.

 Aroma:

Woody tobacco and vanilla shortbread, earthy peat, smoked shellfish, lemon zest, and sea breeze come together in a layered bouquet.

 Palate:

Rich peat and coastal tar lead the way, followed by roasted nuts, citrus, herbs, and vanilla biscuits in harmonious balance.

 Finish:

Lingering fruit sweetness and floral notes are carried by a gentle peat smoke, evoking the landscapes of the Isle of Skye.

The product name, “Allt Gleann,” refers to a river that flows near the distillery.
