「ニッカ カフェモルト」は、ニッカウヰスキーが持つ伝統的なカフェ式連続式蒸溜機（カフェスチル）でつくられたウイスキーです。カフェスチルでつくられるグレーンウイスキーは主にトウモロコシを原料にしたものが一般的ですが、ニッカでは大麦麦芽を原料にカフェスチルで蒸溜した、新しい味わいの原酒づくりにチャレンジしてきました。カフェ式だからこそ感じられるモルトの甘さと芳ばしさ。「ニッカ カフェモルト」の味わいを、ぜひそのままでお楽しみください。

〈テイスティングノート〉

香り：麦芽の甘さと芳ばしさ、穏やかな樽熟成香。バナナ、メロンのような果実香とハチミツ、ほのかなバニラの香り。カフェモルトならではの軽快なモルト香。

味わい：軽やかでスムースな口当たり、やわらかなコクとフルーティーさ。ふわりと広がるクリーミーな甘さ、すっきりとした爽やかな後味。

“Nikka Coffey Malt” is a whisky crafted using Nikka Whisky’s traditional Coffey continuous still. While grain whisky produced in Coffey stills is typically made from corn, Nikka has taken on the challenge of creating a new style of spirit by distilling malted barley in the Coffey still. This method brings out a distinctive malt sweetness and gentle toastiness unique to the Coffey process. Please enjoy the authentic character of Nikka Coffey Malt as it is.

〈Tasting Notes〉
Nose: Sweet and toasty malt with gentle oak maturation aromas. Fruity notes reminiscent of banana and melon, complemented by honey and a hint of vanilla. A light, elegant malt aroma characteristic of Coffey Malt.

Palate: Light and smooth on the palate, with a soft richness and fruity character. Creamy sweetness gently spreads, leading to a clean and refreshing finish.
