"MONKEY 47 BARREL CUT" is a small-batch production of the premium dry gin "MONKEY 47," made with natural spring water from the Black Forest and 47 different botanicals. It is aged for 180 days in specially selected mulberry barrels, known as some of the finest wood available. The gin is aged in small, 110-liter new barrels, and before filling, the inside of the barrels is lightly toasted to enhance the barrel’s aroma, giving the liquid a deep, rich scent. Through barrel aging, the gin takes on a golden hue, with an elegant, subtle sweetness and a complex, distinctive flavor. This unfiltered, small-batch gin offers the unique complexity of Monkey 47, complemented by a hint of fruitiness and delicate sweetness.
