・フェノール値:19.7 ppm

・香り：やや控えめなピートスモークに、オレンジピール、ピリッとした果実味、燃え尽きそうな 燠火の香り。バニラの甘みと樽のスパイス。

・味わい：口に含むと、ピート香がバーベキューの香りとともに戻り、コショウ、軽いバルサミコ の酸味、さらに甘みと穏やかなスパイスが感じられる。杉と革の香ばしいタッチ、シェリー樽が深みを加える。

・フィニッシュ：シェリーの風味は素晴らしい軽いタッチで、トルベイグのピートとスパイスの統合されたストラクチャーと調和したバランスを見せ、輝きを放っている

Founded in 2017 on the Isle of Skye, Torabhaig is the first new distillery on the island in 190 years.

The third chapter of the Legacy Series, Cnoc Na Moine, marks a bold and innovative step for Torabhaig, as it is the first expression to feature sherry cask maturation. The name Cnoc Na Moine, meaning “Hill of Peat,” reflects the rugged beauty of Skye and the profound character of its peated whisky.

Matured in a combination of bourbon barrels, American oak casks, Oloroso sherry casks, and Pedro Ximénez casks, this whisky enhances Torabhaig’s signature smokiness with deep, rich sherry influence.

The Torabhaig Legacy Series is a journey tracing the growth of the distillery, culminating in the release of Torabhaig 10 Year Old in 2028. Cnoc Na Moine represents the third chapter in this journey and is a limited edition, bottled only in the year of its release and never to be produced again. • Phenol content: 19.7 ppm
• Nose: Subtle peat smoke layered with orange peel, a zingy fruitiness, and the aroma of dying embers. Sweet vanilla and cask spices enrich the profile.
• Palate: On the tongue, the peat returns with a BBQ smokiness, pepper, light balsamic acidity, followed by sweetness and gentle spice. Notes of cedar and leather add to the complexity, deepened by the sherry cask influence.
• Finish: The sherry notes provide a delicate touch, harmonizing beautifully with Torabhaig’s peaty and spicy structure, creating a bright and well-balanced finale.
