HAPUSA（ハプサ）は、インド初のクラフトジンとして誕生したプレミアムジン。サンスクリット語で「ジュニパー」を意味する名の通り、ヒマラヤの森林地帯で育つワイルドジュニパーベリーをふんだんに使用し、力強くも清らかな香りを放ちます。インド各地から集めたスパイスや果実を組み合わせ、唯一無二の味わいを実現しました。

  標高4,000m級の高地で自生する野生のジュニパー。松林を思わせる芳香と針葉樹の清涼感。

• ゴンドラージライム
  芳醇な香りを持つインド特有の柑橘で、爽やかなトップノートを演出。

• ターメリック（ウコン）
  タミル・ナードゥ産。土っぽい温かみと奥行きを加える。

• ジンジャー、生マンゴー、アーモンド
  スパイスの刺激と果実の柔らかさ、ナッツのまろやかさが重層的に広がる。

• カルダモン、コリアンダーシード

Product Overview

HAPUSA is recognized as the first craft gin from India, created as a premium expression of the country’s rich terroir. Its name comes from the Sanskrit word for “juniper,” reflecting the wild juniper berries hand-harvested in the Himalayan forests. These high-altitude berries deliver a powerful yet pure aroma, while spices and fruits sourced from across India combine to create a truly unique flavor profile.

• Juniper Berries (Himalayan)
  Wild-grown at altitudes of around 4,000 meters, imparting a pine forest aroma and refreshing evergreen notes.

• Gondhoraj Lime
  A fragrant Indian citrus variety that brings a vibrant, zesty top note.

• Turmeric
  Sourced from Tamil Nadu, adding earthy warmth and depth.

• Ginger, Green Mango, Almonds

Distillation & Background

Distilled in India using NAO Spirits’ copper pot still “Agatha” and the traditional one-shot method, capturing the botanicals’ character in a single batch. Founders Anand Virmani and Jay Dhawan, both with backgrounds in hospitality, established the brand with the vision of bringing authentic craft gin to India. The bottle design emphasizes premium quality and has won international design awards.
