Conceived around the concept of “Japanese whisky that brings together Japan’s four seasons, the refined sensibilities of the Japanese people, and the craftsmanship of Japanese artisans,” this expression is crafted without fixation on age statements. Instead, it is a meticulously composed whisky, created through a diverse selection of well-matured component whiskies and the masterful blending techniques cultivated throughout our whisky-making history. It is characterized by a beautifully expressive aroma and a deep yet gentle palate.

The bottle design follows the iconic 24-faceted cut unique to the Hibiki brand, symbolizing Japan’s 24 traditional seasonal divisions. An unbleached Echizen washi label, adorned with the word “Hibiki” rendered in hand-brushed ink calligraphy, expresses the refined and sophisticated worldview of Japanese whisky.

Nose: Pear, apple, orange, raisin, apricot jam, biscuit
Palate: Honey, citrus, vanilla, rich grapey fruit notes, smooth and clean with a clear, polished finish
